HansonCore, LLC, doing business as Five Acre Code ("Five Acre Code," "we," "us," or "our"), operates fiveacrecode.com and develops Shopify software including Cart Marshal and B2B Marshal.

1. Scope

This policy covers the Five Acre Code website, contact and product forms, general business communications, and support intake. Shopify consulting, theme, development, launch, and ongoing-support engagements are covered in more detail by the Shopify Services Privacy Policy. Product-specific data handling is governed by the Cart Marshal Privacy Policy and B2B Marshal Privacy Policy.

2. Website forms

When you submit a contact, product-update, or support-related form, we receive your name, email address, store URL, selected request type, and free-text message.

3. Shopify app data

Cart Marshal stores merchant configuration needed to operate checkout rules. B2B Marshal stores Shopify B2B company/location, order-financial, account-policy, synchronization, and audit data needed for exposure and account-control workflows. Review each product's app-specific policy before installation.

4. Subprocessors

We use Shopify, Cloudflare, form providers, GitHub, email providers, and application hosting or database providers to operate the website, software, and support workflows.

5. Security and retention

We retain website form submissions for the business purpose that prompted the submission unless deletion is requested or legal/security retention requires otherwise. Services project data follows the Services Privacy Policy and applicable written agreement. App data follows each product's retention, uninstall, and Shopify privacy-webhook process.
