These Terms govern access to and use of services and software provided by HansonCore, LLC, doing business as Five Acre Code. By using our website, services, or software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms cover fiveacrecode.com, consulting and development services, and Cart Marshal by Five Acre Code. Consulting engagements are also governed by the applicable written proposal, statement of work, or order form.

2. Consulting and services

Custom Shopify development, checkout systems, integrations, migration support, workflow automation, and retainers are scoped separately. The applicable written agreement controls deliverables, fees, timelines, and ownership of custom work product.

3. Cart Marshal

Cart Marshal is Five Acre Code's Shopify app for checkout rule management. App Store availability, billing terms, and plan details are published at /apps/cart-marshal/.

4. Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing business rules, legal requirements, discounts, payment behavior, delivery behavior, validation rules, and published changes before relying on them in a live store.

5. Disclaimers

Services and software are provided as available. We do not guarantee specific revenue results, conversion lift, Shopify approval, uninterrupted operation, or that any rule configuration satisfies every legal or business requirement for your store.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Acre Code and HansonCore, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Five Acre Code and HansonCore, LLC for all claims relating to Cart Marshal will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid for Cart Marshal during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $100. Liability for consulting or development services remains subject to the applicable written proposal, statement of work, order form, or other services agreement.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
