These Terms govern access to and use of services and software provided by HansonCore, LLC, doing business as Five Acre Code. By using our website, services, or software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms cover fiveacrecode.com, consulting and development services, Cart Marshal, and B2B Marshal. Shopify service engagements are also governed by the Shopify Services Terms and applicable written proposal, statement of work, or order form. Product-specific app terms control where they are more specific.

2. Consulting and services

Shopify theme customization, ongoing support, Shopify Plus storefront work, custom development, checkout systems, integrations, migration support, and workflow automation are scoped separately. Pricing varies by project and deliverable. The applicable written agreement controls deliverables, fees, timelines, acceptance, support, cancellation, and ownership of custom work product.

3. Shopify apps

Cart Marshal manages checkout rules; its app-specific terms are published at /apps/cart-marshal/policies/terms/. B2B Marshal provides B2B account operations and checkout controls; its app-specific terms are published at /apps/b2b-marshal/policies/terms/.

4. Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing business rules, legal requirements, source data, financial/account decisions, discounts, payment behavior, delivery behavior, validation rules, and published changes before relying on them in a live store.

5. Disclaimers

Services and software are provided as available. We do not guarantee specific revenue results, conversion lift, Shopify approval, uninterrupted operation, or that any rule configuration satisfies every legal or business requirement for your store.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Acre Code and HansonCore, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, app-specific liability is subject to the limits published in the applicable app terms. Liability for consulting or development services remains subject to the applicable written proposal, statement of work, order form, or other services agreement.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
