B2B Marshal uses Shopify App Pricing. Shopify hosts plan selection and approval, and recurring charges appear on the merchant's Shopify invoice.
Plans
- Free: up to five merchant-selected companies with read-only exposure and background synchronization.
- Core: up to 50 managed companies with policy, eligible checkout controls, and automatic reconciliation/backfill.
- Growth: up to 100 managed companies plus audit visibility and CSV export.
- Pro: no B2B Marshal-imposed company cap, Growth features, priority support, and app entitlement for the two Plus-only threshold actions.
Trials and annual billing
Paid plans are intended to include a 14-day trial. Annual prices, when offered, equal ten months of the monthly price. Shopify's hosted plan selector is authoritative for the exact price, billing interval, and trial attached to your approval.
Plan changes
B2B Marshal confirms the active subscription through Shopify's Partner API. After a plan change, subscription and capability state can take a short time to refresh.
When capacity decreases, B2B Marshal keeps the allowed number of companies using deterministic account criteria and moves overflow companies to Not tracked. Their saved policy, accounting, and audit history remain available for later reactivation, while checkout projections are republished so enforcement fails open for untracked accounts.
Shopify eligibility is separate
The B2B Marshal plan does not change the store's Shopify plan. Require payment now requires Pro plus Shopify Plus. Send to draft review requires Pro plus Shopify Plus B2B.
Billing support
Contact B2B Marshal support if a charge fails, the displayed plan does not refresh, capacity appears incorrect, or a plan change does not converge. Include the shop domain and the plans shown in Settings without sending credentials.
