Platform requirements
- Shopify B2B company context is required for the app's core account workflows.
- Pro is available to non-Plus stores, but the two named Plus-only actions remain unavailable without the required Shopify capability.
- Payment, delivery, validation, and discount behavior is subject to Shopify's current plan, region, API, Function, and checkout-resource rules.
- Full historical order coverage requires approved and granted
read_all_ordersaccess.
Billing changes
After a downgrade, companies above the new plan capacity become Not tracked using deterministic retention criteria. Their saved history and policy remain, but B2B Marshal republishes active projections so checkout enforcement no longer applies to the untracked set.
