As of August 19, 2026. B2B Marshal uses Shopify App Pricing, so plan approval, recurring charges, cancellations, taxes, and invoice presentation are handled through Shopify.
Refund requests
Send refund requests to support@fiveacrecode.com with the Shopify shop domain, billing date, B2B Marshal plan, amount, and reason. Do not send payment card information or Shopify credentials.
Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed under applicable law, Shopify billing rules, the charge history, app access, reported issue, and relevant circumstances. Approval by Five Acre Code may still require processing through Shopify.
Cancellation and uninstall
Cancel through Shopify's hosted app-pricing flow or uninstall the app. Cancellation stops future access and billing according to Shopify's current billing behavior; it does not necessarily reverse a charge for a billing period that already began.
On a plan downgrade, companies above the new capacity become Not tracked and stop receiving B2B Marshal checkout enforcement. Saved policy and account history are retained for later reactivation subject to the Privacy Policy.
Uninstalling stops app access, cancels background work, and begins Shopify's privacy deletion flow. See the Privacy Policy for data handling after uninstall.
Separate services
Implementation, data review, custom engineering, or consulting purchased under a separate agreement follows that agreement's payment and refund terms rather than this app refund policy.
