The dashboard is your checkout control center. It brings together rules that need attention, family-level counts, active schedules, live rules, recent activity, and a scan of checkout logic running outside Cart Marshal.
Dashboard sections
- Health and checkout scan: Cart Marshal rule health counts plus checkout-environment findings.
- Rule families: published and draft counts for Discounts, Payment, Delivery, and Restrictions.
- Schedule timeline: a visual view of recurring scheduled rules.
- Live now: published rules currently active at checkout.
- Top performers: lifetime usage signals for active rules where Shopify reports usage.
- Recent activity: the latest changes across rules.
- Plan status: your current plan, published-rule usage, and templates available on higher plans.
What the checkout scan checks
- Cart Marshal sync health: published Cart Marshal rules whose Shopify resources are missing, deleted, deactivated, or changed outside Cart Marshal.
- Native Shopify discounts: active native discounts that may overlap with Cart Marshal discount rules.
- Native free-shipping rates: free shipping configured in Shopify Shipping and delivery.
- Other checkout apps: payment customizations, delivery customizations, validation functions, and other Shopify Functions owned by other apps.
- Cart Marshal-owned overlap signals: published rules that may interact with the same checkout surface.
What the scan does not do
The scan does not delete native discounts, disable other apps, change Shopify shipping settings, or publish rules. It gives you the context to update a Shopify setting, unpublish a Cart Marshal rule, repair a rule, or contact support.
Work with a scan result
When the scan finds something that needs attention, open the affected rule or Shopify setting and review the generated summary. Use Fix to restore Cart Marshal's saved version, or unpublish the rule when you want it to stop running. Then confirm the result with one cart that meets the conditions and one that does not.
