Rule templates

Pick the template that matches the checkout behavior you need. Each guide explains the important fields, eligibility controls, plan requirement, and configuration examples.

Discount templates

• Shipping DiscountBuild free, percentage-off, and fixed-amount shipping offers. Available on Free.
• Product / Order DiscountDiscount a whole order or selected products. Available on Free.
• Buy X Get YConfigure BOGO, bundle, and buy-more-get-one offers. Available on Free.
• Tiered DiscountSet spend-more-save-more or quantity tiers. Requires Core or higher.
• Gift with PurchaseSynchronize one exact gift variant for a purchase threshold or qualifying items. Requires Growth or higher.

All five discount templates can apply to All customers except B2B / Company customers. The same eligibility choice is available across Hide, Reorder, and Rename Payment and Delivery rules.

Payment, delivery, and restriction templates
