Buy X Get Y is available on Free and up. Use it for BOGO, bundle, and buy-more-get-one offers where a qualifying buy side earns a discounted reward side.

Example

If you sell coffee and mugs, you can make a mug free when the cart contains two qualifying bags of coffee and one eligible mug.

Key settings

  • Customer buys starts with specific products, giving you a clear qualifying group from the beginning.
  • Customer gets defaults to Match eligibility, so the reward side follows the eligible buy group unless you choose specific products, product tags, or collections.
  • Buy grouping can be by product, by variant, or any eligible item.
  • Quantity-based buy requirements can fire multiple times. Use max uses per order to cap repetition.
  • Reward items are discounted cheapest first.

Confirm the result

Check the offer with the minimum qualifying quantity, one unit below it, multiple qualifying sets, and mixed product prices. This confirms the buy grouping, repetition limit, and cheapest-first reward match your configuration.
