Delivery rules are available on Core and up. They hide, rename, or reorder shipping and delivery methods at checkout.
Common examples
- Hide express shipping for oversized products.
- Rename a carrier rate by destination country.
- Reorder local pickup, standard shipping, and express rates.
- Hide delivery methods for restricted products or B2B customers.
Cheapest-option protection
Shopify keeps the cheapest shipping option first in each delivery group. Delivery Reorder applies your chosen order after that option.
Delivery Reorder can use a partial configured list. Unlisted delivery options remain in Shopify's remaining/default order after the cheapest-option protection and configured moves are applied.
Rename behavior
Delivery Rename supports country-specific labels, so one underlying rate can display differently by shipping destination.
Confirm the result
Use destination addresses from each country or market included in the rule. For reorder rules, use at least two shipping options with different prices and confirm the cheapest option remains first.
